The Manipal Pre- Medical Test is carried out by the Manipal University for the admission of students into the medical and engineering courses offered at the university. The admission to these courses is done on the basis of the marks scored in the All India Manipal University Entrance Exam. Students are eligible to apply for this exam if they have a pass in standard 10+2. Final year students are eligible to apply as well. The candidates are given admission to institution after the exam and the admission is purely provided on the merit basis. There for each student who wishes to join the course will have to have excellent scores in their basic qualification and also in the exam.

Structure of the Manipal PMT Entrance Exam

The question paper of the Manipal PMT Entrance Exam will consist of 200 questions of objective nature. 3 – 4 answer choices will be provided to the students to select the correct answer. The exam duration is 2 ½ hours. Questions shall be from topics such as:

• Physics
• Biology
