The paper deals with the study of various kinds of operations and the various kinds of outputs those operations give. The paper also deals with the study of various kinds of source and the relationship with the supply. The subject basically deals with the study of various kinds of replacement of the products on the basis of their operational cost.

Plenty of questions are asked with problems on the operational cost and replacement age. Questions are also asked on the supply source relationship. There are various theory based problems which also gets repeated almost every year. One of the most prominent one is about operation Research.
Paper pattern:
The JNTU B.tech in Electronics and Control Engineering-Operations Research Paper pattern is simple and easy to understand. The paper has all together 8 questions in it. Every question is divided into two subparts and is of 16 marks each. Out of these 8 questions, candidates are asked to answer any 5 depending on their choice. The paper has no section and no division.
Marks allotted and total time:
The total marks of the paper are 80, and the time duration in which the candidates require answering the complete paper is 3 hours only.
