Karunya School of Management 2011 MBA
Karunya School of Management conducts its own entrance process for admission in to its MBA programs. Every year students in large numbers are participating in this exam in order to get admission in this popular business school. The students appearing in this exam need to fill an application form the campus office and submit it within the given date. The applicants have to secure sufficient ranks in the exams like KMAT/ CAT/ XAT etc for further selection process.
Karunya School of Management is a part of Karunya University which was started in 1986 and got recognized as deemed to be University in 2004 by University Grants Commission of India. Karunya School of Management was established in 1994 and since then is one of the reputed institutes in the field of management education. It provides MBA & MBA (Construction Management) programmes to management aspirants. This business school gives excellent project works and special training programs to its students.
Availability of forms:
The forms will be available at the campus office from the last week of the month of December. Students willing to take admission in this famous business institute need to submit the duly filled form at the campus office. Care should be taken while up the application form and have to follow all the rules mentioned in the application form.

Each and every year students from various parts of our country are collecting form to take admission in this reputed business school. This exam holds basic and conceptual questions and has limited number of seats for each course. The students are participating in higher number in this exam in order to get chance to be the part of this institute.
More about Karunya School of Management:
Candidates are shortlisted for MBA programmes of KSM on the basis of XAT/CAT/MAT/NAT or KMAT (Karunya Management Aptitude Test). Therefore for admission in MBA program of KSM candidates have to either appear for one of the mentioned MBA entrance examinations or KSM’s KMAT. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of any of these entrance examinations have to appear in a Personal Interview and Group Discussion for final selection process.
Eligibility criteria:
A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized institute/university with at least 60% aggregate marks. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply.
How to Apply:
Besides appearing for the entrance examination(s) candidates have to apply separately for KSM. The forms will be available directly from KSM Campus. The form can also be availed by post from KSM by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.karunya.edu.
Important Dates (Tentative):
Availability of Application Forms: first week of the month December, 2010
Date of KMAT: fourth week of April, 2011
Interviews/Group Discussion for CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT candidates: first week of the month of February- fourth week of April, 2011
Interviews/Group Discussion for KMAT candidates: 1st week of May, 2011
Selection process:
Candidates are shortlisted taking into consideration their XAT/CAT/MAT/NAT or KMAT scores. Shortlisted candidates have to then undergo a Personal Interview followed by a Group Discussion and based on that score, the final and ultimate selections are made. Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be held at KSM Campus, Coimbatore.

i have not applied to your college yet .Is there any chance to apply to Kmat .it seems to be closed.
in CAT-2010 i got 22.9% and my score is 75 is it enough for getting a seat for MBA in ur organisation.
i am be graduate of karunya…from my 4 years of experience there, i suggest you that this is nt the place 4 a mba school. i bet u wnt gt a gud job from ksm…i know them very well….rest is upto u…..rajagiri or scms is far better than this

i would like to know about the KMAT exam and the materials required to prepare for the exam and also the centers for KMAT(2011) examination in Chennai.
