Job profile: The managers would be required to work in HR, Finance and Safety departments. They will be required manage the office work and employees. They will be required to supervise their departmental activities and also plan and execute them.

Eligibility: The age limit for a GM is 50 years, for an Additional GM it is 48 years, for a DGM and Sr. Manager it is 45 years, for a Manager it is 40 years and for a Deputy Manager it is 35 years. However, relaxation can be claimed.

Educational Qualifications:

For finance department – A candidate should be a graduate and must be an associate member of ICWA/CA or MBA (finance) with a minimum experience of 20 years for the GM, 17 for the AGM, 13 for DGM, 10 for Sr. Manager and 7 for a Manager.

For HR department – A candidate must be an engineering graduate with a post graduate degree in business management or personnel management or MA or MSW with the same experience as stated above.

For safety department – A candidate must be an engineer with 60% marks and a post graduate diploma in industrial safety and the same experience as stated above.

No. of posts: There are 6 posts in finance department, 3 in HR department and 3 in safety department.

Pay scale: The pay scale for a GM is Rs.43200-66000, for an AGM it is 36600-62000, for a DGM it is Rs.32900-58000/, for a Sr. Manager it is 29100-54500, for a manager it is Rs.24900-50500 and for Deputy Manager it is Rs20600-46500.

Selection process: The candidates have to appear for an interview.
