National Standard Examination In Chemistry Papers

The topics which are taught in this paper are generally from the topics like bonding, reaction order, stability of compounds, isomers, IUPAC names of different compounds, structure of different compounds, etc.
Time and marks allotted:
The total time duration in which the candidates are required to solve this question paper is of two hours and the maximum marks that can be obtained in this paper are 240.
Paper Pattern:
The question paper is available in English language only. There are total 80 questions in this paper. All the questions of this paper are objective type containing 4 options of which only one is the correct one. Each question of this paper carries a maximum of 3 marks. There is negative marking in this paper and 1 mark will be deducted as penalty. Options other than the correct one and multiple answering are also considered as wrong answers. However, there is no penalty of marks if the question is not attempted.
