Pay Scale: Selected candidates will come under the pay brand of Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree holders in any field of education from a recognized university are eligible to apply for the position of Officer JMG Scale-I offered by the Kalinga Gramya Bank. However, preference will be given to candidates with degree in the fields like accountancy, economics, law, management, information technology, agricultural marketing & Cooperation, agricultural engineering, veterinary science, animal husbandry, forestry, horticulture and agriculture. Candidates must also be proficient in the language of Oriya and they must have passed standard VII in this language. Computer Awareness and knowledge would be an added qualification.

Age: Age requirement for the position of Officer JMG Scale - I is between 18 and 28 and upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates. The age requirement is applicable as on the 1st of September 2011.

Selection Procedure:

Written test followed by interview will be the criteria for selection of candidates. The written test is fixed to be conducted on 8th of January 2012.
