Petrophysics and Geophysics are the two branches of geology which deals with the study of different aspects of our planet, earth. Petrophysics mainly study about the properties of the rocks and fluids found inside the earth while Geophysics study about the internal structure of the earth and its fields. Thus the Petrophysicists and Geophysicists are the scientists who use sophisticated tools and methods to study about the earth and its matters.
