Tirap is a district that is located in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh and the district is located in the southeastern part of the state. The district shares its state borders with Assam and Nagaland, district border with Changlang and international border with Myanmar. The headquarters of the district is the city of Khonsa and it is spread over an area of 2362 km2. There are seven constituencies of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in the district namely Pongchau-Wakka, Longding-Pumao, Kanubari, Borduria-Bogapani, Khonsa West, Khonsa East and Namsang and all these are part of constituency of the east lok sabha of the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Medical colleges in the state of Bihar provide under graduate programme of Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). In addition to MBBS, these medical institutes also provides various post graduate and doctoral programmes such as M.D, M.S and D.M, etc in various fields such as biochemistry, medicine, microbiology, obstetrics & gynaecology, pharmacology, and so on. The Joint Entrance Test - Agribusiness Management (JET-ABM) is conducted by the three prominent institutions, National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), , Choudhary Charan Singh National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (CCS-NIAM), Bambala, and National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad in order to admit candidates to their post graduate program in Agri Business Management.
