Polaris Placement Papers
Polaris is a reputed IT company in our country. The company recruits engineers from diverse branches for its various operations. The pattern of the company’s recruitment process differs from college to college.
Pattern
According to the college which the company is visiting and depending on the job profile which the company plans to offer to the recruited students, the pattern of the selection procedure varies.
Details of the written test
Usually the selection process consists of two rounds- a written test and an interview. In the written test, they usually ask questions from aptitude only. However, in some cases, questions from C, C++ are also asked. If the written test is Aptitude type, then it is divided into some sections. The first section consists of verbal questions, the next section consists of quantitative aptitude and the last section consists of analytical reasoning. Usually in Polaris Recruitment Test, negative marking is not there. So students should attempt all the questions. If the written test consists of technical questions along with the aptitude, then students can also expect microprocessors. The written test is followed by an interview which can include both technical and HR portions.
