Sri Venkateswara University was established in the year 1954 in Andhra Pradesh with a mission to build up qualified and competent citizens through teaching and training. Structure of Sri Venkateswara University M.Sc Anthropology Entrance Test

The entrance test will be of objective type multiple choice pattern. The candidate has to select the correct answer from the given 4 alternative choices. There will be 100 questions in total which has to be answered within 90 minutes.

Syllabus of Sri Venkateswara University M.Sc Anthropology Entrance Test

• Section-A: Principals of Anthropology (30 questions)
• Section-B: Physical Anthropology and prehistoric Archaeology (30 questions)
• Section-C: Indian Anthropology (40 questions)

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates those who have completed their under graduate course in any of the science subjects from a recognized University are eligible to apply for the M.Sc Anthropology program.

How to Apply?

The candidates can obtain the application form for the entrance test from various centres approved by the University on payment of Rs. 320/-. It can also be obtained via post for which a request letter along with DD drawn in favour of the Convener, SVURPGCET has to be send to the concerned address. The completed application form has to be submitted either by person or post to The Convener, SVURPGCET, Directorate of Admissions, First Floor, SBI Building, S.V. University, Tirupati-517 502.

How to fill the Form?

The application form has to be neatly and legibly filled by the candidates personally. Each and every column has to be filled with intense care. One has to write the test number and test centre code on the cover of the application form. All the details regarding the filling up of form are mentioned in the prospectus. The applicants need to read it before filling.
