Accounting and Finance for Managers subject is an essential part of MBA course as it helps a students to get acquainted with the Financial and Accounting System of an Organization. After completing their education when they will step up in to the professional world and join any organization, then the knowledge of this subject will help him to solve the financial problems within an organization. Tamil Nadu Open University, one of the very few universities offering distance education, has included this subject in its MBA curriculum. The subject code for this paper is MS-04.

Marking scheme in the Paper

The total marks for this paper is seventy five. First part of the paper contains a total of 15 marks and second part of the question paper contains a total of 60 marks.

Time allotted for the exam

Candidates will be getting 3 hours to answer all the questions.

Overview of the Paper

There are total 12 questions in this paper, which are divided into two sections. Section A of the paper contains 5 questions and each question carries equal mark but only three out of them are required to be answered correctly and the total marks in this section is 15. Section B of this paper carries a total of 60 marks and only four questions are required to be answered correctly. The question paper is printed in English.
