Study Plan

Time management

Proper management of time is an important criterion for the examination. Assess yourself while preparation so that you will be able to know your preparation and work accordingly. As the examination approaches start doing the mock tests as it helps you in improving the speed. Attend the questions which seem to be easy for you. As the number of questions is large you get hardly a minute for answering a question. One should have to make more than 90 answers correct in order to enter the selection list.

Remember

Questions will be asked from every corner of the syllabus. So prepare thoroughly on each and every portion of the syllabus as the competition is getting very tough these days.

Guessing

Give it a guess unless you have an idea about the question. There are negative marks for wrong answers. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted. Marks will not be deducted for unattempted questions. Correct questions carry one mark each.

During preparation

Don’t stress yourself too much before the exam as it declines the mental alertness. Sleep well on the exam eve so that your brain will be fresh for the next day’s exam.

Planning

Formulate and plan your studies at least two months before the examination. Prepare short notes while you study. Discuss with others those who are preparing for the examination.

Remember

As there is no magic formula for the success in the personal interviews keep your confidence high and approach it with a positive attitude.

Regular assignments

Work more on assignments and home in order to obtain a high score.
