Virendra Kumar Singhal Law College offers three-year LLB course, which is a bachelor’s degree course divided into six semsters.

Eligibility for admission:

Minimum educational qualification required for seeking admission to the LL. B course offered by the Virendra Kumar Singhal Law College is a graduation in any discipline with not less than 45% of marks for general category candidates. In the case of reserved category candidates, the required percentage of marks is 40% at the graduation level. According to the requirement of Bar Council of India and the affiliating university, the maximum age limit for admission to the LLB course is 30 years for general category candidates and 35 for reserved category candidates.

Admission Procedure:

Admission of students is done based on the merit secured by the candidates at the graduation level.

Fee structure:

Virendra Kumar Singhal Law College collects a fee of Rs.21000 per annum and no fee is collected for SC/ST candidates, if the income of their guardian is less than one lakh according to the guidelines and norms issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. However, all candidates will have to pay university fee and this fee structure followed by the college is changeable.

Scholarships:

Scholarships will be provided for ST, SC, OBC, Minority and general category candidates from the Government of Uttar Pradesh. As far as scholarships are concerned, the norms issued by the government of Uttar Pradesh will be followed.
