I want to take my admission in another desire college. I will be going to year diploma but i don't want to continue there. Now can I seek admission in another college? Is there any law while doing so?

Admission in second year diploma is only possible through lateral entry exam for ITI or class 12th PCM candidates. If you are doing diploma engineering and paused first year then you do not have any chance to get second year admission in any other college.
Either you have to continue in the same college or go for admission in first year through entrance exam if looking for any other college.
