Is it compulsory to appear the entrance exam to pursue BTech for a Diploma student?
Respected Sir/Madam, I am pursuing Diploma course in Electrical Engineering. After completing my Diploma, I will do BTech course. So, I have to appear in the entrance exam for the admission? Is it compulsory to appear?

After completing of your diploma course, you can get admission in direct second year of BTech course in any recognised college via Lateral Entry Scheme.
You will have to appear JEET /JELET examination, and after clearing the examination successfully, you will be very much eligible to get admission in B tech course. |

You will be eligible for lateral entry admission in 2nd year of BTech.
Educational qualification:- The minimum education qualification is a candidate must have passed 12th with subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. Age limit:- The age limit is between 18 to 25 years. |
