I will suggest you to do Diploma in Radiology.
you can join Diploma in Radiology after 10th board.

To get admission in Diploma in Radiology you have to appear in Entrance exam of Diploma as like JEXPO, AP-CET, DCECE etc.
Entrance exam of Diploma syllabus is based on 10th board syllabus.
So take some preparation to score good rank in Entrance exam.
