Yes , you can join Diploma in Radiology course after BAMS.
You can go Australia for job but if you are interested in Radiology then I will suggest you to do Diploma in Radiology.

To get admission in Diploma in Radiology you have to appear in Entrance exam of Diploma as like JEXPO, AP-CET, DCECE etc.
Entrance exam of Diploma syllabus is based on 10th board syllabus.
So take some preparation to score good rank in Entrance exam.
