Hi friends, I want to join IIT-Gandhinagar for Diploma in Civil Engineering course. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in this institute for this course.

Diploma in Civil Engineering is a Diploma level course. The minimum qualification required to get admission in this course is the candidate should have passed 10th class from a recognized board. The minimum percentage required in the 10th class to study a Diploma in Civil Engineering in IIT-Gandhinagar is 60%. The admission of the candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination which is conducted by the IIT-Gandhinagar.

First thing I would like to let you know is that IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) does not offers Diploma in Engineering degree course in any discipline and hence the question regarding the eligibility to pursue Diploma in Civil engineering degree course from IIT, Gandhinagar is not valid.

In general, to pursue Diploma in Civil Engineering degree course is a Class 10th from a recognised board of education.
