I have to pass ITI draughtsman civil in MP. Now I am in contract job I want to do diploma in civil with distant learning programme.

How to do Diploma in civil engineering after ITI civil?

If a student wants to do a diploma in civil engineering course after doing ITI, then it is necessary to have ITI of 2 years from any civil related branch, such as civil draftsman, surveyor etc.

Procedure to do Diploma in civil engineering after ITI civil:-

You can get admission in diploma in civil engineering after completing ITI in civil engineering through lateral entry. You can also get admission in the second year of the degree program.

Eligibility for lateral entry diploma in civil engineering:-
You must pass 12th ( vocational) / ITI trades from a well recognised institution.

You must pass the Lateral Entry Examination (LEET) after earning your ITI in civil in order to be admitted directly to the diploma in civil engineering. Your admission to a polytechnic college will be determined by your LEET ranking. Normally, a diploma lasts three years, but since you'll be admitted in the second year, your degree will complete in two years.

To be admitted directly to the diploma in civil engineering, you need to qualify*for the Lateral Entrance Examination (LEET) after completing your ITI in civil. Based on your**LEET score,**you will get*admission*to a polytechnic college. As you'll be admitted in the second year, your degree will be finished in two years instead of the standard three.
