Respected sir Kindly told abut can I eligible for IIT entrance exam
and I am diploma holder from Bihar from electrical branch.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) after completion of your Diploma in Engineering degree course for pursuing degree courses in engineering i.e; B.E./B.Tech.

Further, for getting in to IIT for pursuing B.E./B.Tech. degree course, you will be required to qualify JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced.

One thing I would like to mention here is that the selection process and syllabus of JEE Main and JEE Advanced are same for diploma holders as it is for regular higher secondary school degree holders.

There is no provision for admission to diploma holders in IITs wherein they could be able to get direct entry into the second year of the 4 year degree programme.

For admission to IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) to pursue B.E./B.Tech. degree course, a candidate is required to qualify both the stages of JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) i.e; JEE Main and JEE Advanced.

So, being a Diploma in Electrical Engineering degree holder, to get into IITs you also need to qualify JEE which is held by NTA.
