ITI student can join NCC or higher education is necessary?


I am 10th pass student and doing iti can i join ncc by doing iti without any problem or do I need to go for higher education for that?

The qualification to join NCC is that the candidates must possess Graduate Degree from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification with an aggregate of minimum of 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years and a minimum of 'B' Grade in 'C' Certificate Exam of NCC.
