Can i pursue Diploma in Pharmacy if i had the following grade in each subject?
KISWAHILI B
ENGLISH B-
BIOLOGY C
CHEMISTRY D
MATHEMATICS D-

You can appear for any polytechnic entrance exam of your domiciled state for admission in diploma in pharmacy. Admission will be on the basis of entrance exam and counselling.

You need to study either PCB or PCM stream to become eligible for entrance exam. In entrance exam objective type questions will be asked from these subjects.

KMTC stands for Kenya medical training college.

The minimum eligibility is as follows to pursue Diploma in pharmacy:

* Candidate must have passed Kenya certificate of secondary education (KCSE) with a minimum aggregate of 'C'.

* Candidate must have passed English/ Kishwahili, Chemistry/ Physical science and iology as compulsory subjects and must have secured a minimum of 'C' grade. And must have passed either Physics or Mathematics with 'C' grade.

Being secured 'D' grade in Chemistry and Mathematics you are not eligible to apply for Diploma in Pharmacy course in KMTC.

For pursuing the diploma course in pharmacy you must have t complete your intermediate first. The eligibility criteria for Diploma in pharmacy states that you must have intermediate in science stream with minimum 50% marks from any well affiliated school. After completing your intermediate, you will have to appear in the DET exam. With DET score you can apply in any good institute as per your rank.
As you have D grade in Chemistry and Mathematics so my suggestion to you is that you should apply for the improvement exam for these two subjects.

Can you take diploma in pharmacy if you didn't take biology in secondary school? My mean grade was b plain,maths b plain,english b plain,chemistry c plus,agriculture b minus,physics b plus,kiswahili c plus.

The full form of KMTC is kenya medical traing centre.
The eligibility to study B.Pharma in KMTC is written below.
>> candidates should have kiwahili/english, chemistry/math subjects in their 12 class exam with minimum 'C' grade.

As you obtained grade 'D' in above mentioned subjects, you are not eligible to study B.Pharma in KMTC.

**Now, i suggest you to take entrance exams conducted by concerned Pharmacy colleges.so, if you secure a good rank, you will get admission in B.Pharma course in a pharmacy college.
