I am a student of 11. i will be in 12 now.. and i have maths. i know maths is important for studying architecture. so my questions are that..
1- do i have to do diploma or can i go for degree? (i have arts with maths)
2- what are good college for diploma or b.arch in ncr/delhi?

You must go for a Degree course in Architecture which will be the best option for you than Diploma in Architecture. You need to apply for entrance exam and you have to get a decent rank in it, so that you can get admission in a top college.

You can apply for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Education qualification required for NATA is 10+2 passed with Maths subjects with 50% marks from a recognized board of education.

NATA will have objective type questions related to following topics:

1. Drawing and Observation Skills

2. Sense of Proportion Test

3. Aesthetic Sensitivity Test

4. Critical thinking Ability Test
