• Semiconductor and Diodes. • Bipolar Junction Transistor. • Transistor Oscillators and FET and UJT. • SCR, TRIAC, DIAC, MOSFET. • Opto Electronics Devices and wave shaping circuits. • Transistor Oscillator. • Field Effect Transistor. • Rectifier and Diodes. Please, find attached papers and also reference books for more previous papers.
