I m diploma holder of electrical engg. What is good for me job or btech and present I m doing job in a MNC company and a parment employ.

List of jobs after diploma in Electrical Engineering course:-

Electrical Engineer
Assistant Engineer
Quality Assistant Engineer
Executive Assistant
Plant Executive
Panel Wiring
Control Board
Utility Maintenance
Electrical Maintenance etc.

As far as my best knowledge is concerned taking good career into the consideration, I would suggest Diploma candidiates to go with pursuing B.Tech after successful completion of Diploma course.

But as you are already employed in MNC company, I would suggest you to continue in the same organization till you gain some good experience and then you can pursue higher studies. Also remember that most of the companies would offer so many job opportunities to the higher studies candidiates like B.Tech and M.Tech courses. Based on the requirement of the Job necessity you can choose the best option.

Both are good ,you can fetch a job as an engineer at a junior level after completing your diploma, or study engineering in a well reputed college.

However, if you are aiming for a stable career with a good LPA then pursuing a degree is a better option. A degree in Btech holds more importance in an educational qualification than a diploma. Apart from that, the course of BTech gives in-depth knowledge and practical exposure to engineering. An engineering graduate can start their job at a comparatively higher level than a diploma holder. They can even grab a job opportunity during the time of campus placements. The rest is up to you.

After diploma one must go for further studies.
They can opt for engineering .
After diploma engineering takes less time.
And the scope of engineering is far better than diploma.
Those who can afford the fees , can apply for part time job.
But they have to keep in mind that managing both is little difficult but not impossible.
Thus one can go for engineering instead of job after diploma.
