I am doing diploma in civil Engg. I want to become personal building contractor and starting my own business. so please tell me what to do after diploma.

If you have enough capital and knowledge of how to start a business in the field you have mentioned you can very well opt for it even after your Diploma. But, I would personally recommend you to go for B.Tech in Civil Engineering and the start up your own business if you wish to.

It would be better if at first you work under some organization in the field you are in and the after having gained quite a few knowledge you can try to start up your own business.
