Sir/Madam, I am a 12th student and I want to do BTech in KMEA Engineering College after completing 12th. But I need Rs. 8 Lacs for my BTech course. Kindly tell me I can apply for an education loan from UCO Bank or not? Waiting for your reply.

Yes you can apply for education loan for studying B.tech, provided the college you are taking admission must have good placement record.

You have received the admission letter from the college, and you admission has been confirmed.

The college must be a recognised college and is affiliated by UGC /AICTE/Govt etc.

For a loan of 8 lacs , there is need of collateral security as well as 3rd party gurantee.
Minimum rate of interest charged by bank is 8.40%
The limit of loan for persuing a course in India is 10 lacs.
