Can a student get admitted without original HS report card
My school is unfairly demanding 69,000 rs to hand over my HS report card..I have already complained to the state education department...I cannot show my original report card on demand..can I get admission???

No institution can take any original certificate in their custody. They can only ask for self-attested copies of documents," said Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar. So, universities have no right to withhold your proper documents.
