Hello, I am interested to apply for an education loan in Andhra Bank for studying MBA course in Abroad. After searching alot I didn’t understood about Collateral Security. Can I know about this Collateral Security of Education Loan in Andhra Bank?

Collateral Security in Andhra Bank Education Loan scheme for study MBA in Abroad;

No security required for loans up to 4.0 lacs.

Loans between Rs. 4.00 lacs to 7.5 lacs – No collateral security. However Co-obligation of parent/guardian/third party is required.

Loan above Rs. 7.50 lacs – Need of Tangible security equal to 100% of the loan amount along with co-obligation of parent/guardian and assignment of future income of students.
