Hi friends, can you please help me to know that what are the documents required for applying in Buddy4Study Crisis Scholarship Programme 2019? I just want to know about the essential documents which are required to submit. Please help me to know about the documents immediately.

Documents required :--

Class X mark sheet

Passport Photograph (3 Photos)

ID Proof

Proof of Income

Caste Certificate

Documents required for Buddy4study Crisis Scholarship

- Last year's mark sheets

- Address proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License)

- Current Year Admission Proof (Fee Receipt/Admission Letter/Institution ID Card/Bonafide Certificate)

- Bank details of the educational institution (Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque) (Information will also be captured in the application form)

- Income Proof (any of the three proofs given below)
1. Income Proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch
2. Income Proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
3. Affidavit

- Document/s as Proof of Crisis (Please refer to Selection Criteria for documents required in each case)
