Respected Sir/Madam, I am interested to apply for Sardar Patel Crisis Scholarship Programme. So, I would like to know what are the documents required to apply for this scholarship? Can you please let me know about the documents? Please let me know immediately.

Documents required for Sardar Patel Crisis Scholarship Programme

- Proof of studying in class 6 to 12 or UG/PG or Diploma in a recognized school/college

- Documents related to the crisis.

- Income Proof certificate

All the Educational Marksheet

Currently Studying Proof (fee receipt,admission letter,institution ID card)

Bank details (bank passbook)

Id Proof (Adhaar Card and PAN Card)

Income proof

Affidavit

Document proof (divorce agreement, adoption certificate, death certificate of parent(s)/FIR copy for accident cases/panchnama etc.)

Now,i am study in msc in mathematics in gurughasidas central university with 57% in aggregate.can i apply sardar patel crisis scholarship?
