Essential documents which is required to apply for Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities 2019 are given below;

Tuition fee receipt,
Age proof,
Certificate of disability,
Mark sheet or certificate of previous academic qualification,
Photograph of the applicant,
Income certificate of parent issued by a competent authority.
