Yes, your son can definitely avail education loan in order to pursue MCA course. There are many banks which offer education loan. The list of banks is attached below for your kind reference. You can approach any bank for education loan. However, make sure that your son has admission call from any recognized and reputed institutes of the country. Most of the banks have same rate of interest since it is regulated by RBI. However, SBI offers the lowest interest rate which is 1% lesser than other banks. You can get tax benefit on account of the education loan.
