Respected Sir, I am a postgraduate in Social Work. I have heard about the IIT Bombay Research Assistantship. Can I apply for this assistantship? Kindly tell me about the eligibility criteria for applying. Waiting for your reply!

°°° PhD/MD/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research committee meeting and design and development experience afterME/MTech with atleast one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

°°° Candidates should have required degree in civil / social engineering / science field with work experience of numerical Modelling and long-term data analysis along with statistical competence.

°°° Experience on GIS based plotting will be an added advantage.

Hold a PhD / MPhil/Postgraduate degree social science discipline including management with minimum 55% marks.

Eligibility to apply for the IIT Bombay Research Assistantship 2020

Candidates must have at least 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) or have passed in First Class in Bachelor's degree in any branch of engineering. A valid GATE score in any discipline is required for TA, TAP, RA and RAP categories. Work experience in a relevant area and/or GATE score is required for others.
