How can one enroll himself for Chief Minister scholarship scheme?

West Bengal government offers chief minister relief fund scholarship scheme for all eligible and deserving meritorious candidate's who need financial assistance.

The candidate has to fill the application form which I have attached below. The documents which are needed to be submit are as follows:

1. The candidate must have a self declaration copy signed by the head of the institution.

2. Income certificate.

3. Mark sheet of the previous qualifying examination.
