The amount which is offered in Open Merit Scholarships in Junior College, Maharashtra is Rs. 50/. per month (Rs. 500 for 10 months) for 11th and 12th class students. This scholarship is offered by School Education Department of Maharashtra Government to the students for their further Higher Education. Students must be securing a minimum*of 60% marks in the SSC examination to be eligible to apply for Open Merit Scholarships in Junior College, Maharashtra.

Kindly requesting according to me, 50/. per month is very less for further higher education. Kindly requesting to please have an attention on today's costly stationary items as well as fees.
