Am not getting bank loan for nwac certificate for higher studies, engineering course

NWAC board is equally valid to any other state board.
With this board , one can take admission in any college or university.
In order to apply for loan , candidate must be an Indian National and must have secured admission in any of professional course in any recognised institution.
He /she must have a good academic background in order to apply for loan.
