One can fill the application form online through their official website. Form can also be collected from nearby branch of bank Fill the form with required documents and submit the form Keep the copy of form for future reference Documents required are Application form KYC documents Identity proof IT returns of last 2 years Proof of residence Bank statement Guarantor form Marksheet and certificate etc |
