Registration procedure of Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students, Assam for 12th CBSE student?

Hi everyone, I want to register for Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students, Assam. My son is studying in 12th standard with CBSE Board. So, I just want to know about the procedure for registration. Can you please let me know about the registration procedure?

Registration process

For Registration students have to open the link of the official portal or click on the official site link .

New registration button will be present on the top of homepage.
Instructions page will open on new tab.
Read all guidelines and continue.

As you get the registration form, fill in all the required details and upload the documents.
