Scholarship is available in 1st year of graduation for HSC passed student with 80%? Chances to get the scholarship in 2nd year also? Terms and conditions for it?

I heard about the scholarship of rupees 10,000 and the scholarship get that students who got pass the HSC board exam with minimum score 80 percent for 1st year of graduation. Is that really true? Can I get the scholarship for 2nd year also? Terms and conditions for it?
