I have heard about subsidy scheme. But I really don’t know what it is? Actually I am going to apply an education loan in Federal Bank for studying my MS in Abroad. So, I got the paper regarding this subsidy scheme but don’t know about this. Please explain me what it is?

Federal bank offers Central Government Interest Subsidy Scheme for Education Loans (CGISS) for economically weaker students.*This subsidy scheme is offered only to those students who are enrolled in any of the technical and professional courses after class 12th in India. This subsidy scheme is given only to the EWS Category students. CGISS are available either for the first undergraduate degree course or the PG degree course in India. In order to study MS in Abroad, you can get benefit of CGISS.
