Is 12th+Diploma+PGDIT considered as graduation?


Hi, i have completed 10+2+3 year diploma + PGDIT from SCDL and i want to know if 10+2+3 year diploma + PGDIT consider as Graduation?

no this is not consider as graduation
if you do double time diploma then hoe it consider as graduation
it is not possible....
