It is always better to do MCA after BCA so that to get full master degree in comp. application...... but you have interest in some management field and you have confidence to do best in that then you can prefer MBA .....

In my case I am doing I year in BCA but I just now learnt that BCA is not my cup of tea!!! I am not at all interested but I still do not want to spoil my career so just help me deciding a better course other than MCA of course MBA is great but will that help my career or will I have any good job opportunities even after Mba ?

mene bca kiya hai or mera 12th me bio tha to muje mca me admistion nahe melega kaya

both are having a lot of scope in their respective fields but MBA is more preferable.
you can choose MBA as your career to have good scope in the future.

Work as a Systems Manager in a big corporate
Work as an Internet Expert, Web Designing Specialist
Develop software for Indian companies
Take up a career in computer education
Join Internet based companies and do Web Designing
Provide solutions to your clients and design customized software
Develop Platforms for Software / Server based companies

It will increase your chance of employability after persuing MCA after your BCA.

As per your BCA you should go for MCA because you are a computer student MCA is perfect for you.
If you are go for MBA there is lot of subjects you can't understand that new subjects.
But still option is in your hands......just follow your heart.

In the past when there was only core branches like
1.mechanical
2.electrical
3.civil
4.chemical
engineering branches it was referred as B.E(bachelor of engineering).
*Now also there are many universities provide this.

*But after the interpretation of the following branches:

1.Computer Science
2.Information Technology
3.Electronics

the universities started providing with B.tech(bachelor of technology)

*Many of the universities provide all the above branches under one course(i.e either B.E or B.Tech)
*So not to be confused between them.
*You may call them equivalent or equal at times.

If you study computer science or Information technology in b.tech then you will be called as computer engineer .Top most mnc's will recruit you if you have an aggregate of 60% minimum and you will be having handsome salaries.

MCA is the PG course that you do after your degree.After completing B.SC or B.com you will write an entrance test.Based upon the rank you will get a seat in college to study MCA.Even mnc's will hire MCA graduates if they have computer background ,i mean B.com or B.sc computers and later specializations in computers .

Good to hear that you are doing MBA. It is an excellent course in the management field which opens up wide range of job opportunities for the candidates. MBA has to offer many specializations which the students can choose according to their preferences. Some institutions even offer dual to triple specialization. Some of the main specializations in the MBA programs are marketing, human resource, finance, systems, Logistics etc. The selection of specializations depends up on the aptitude and interest of the candidate. It does not have to be similar to the graduation. It is a general perception that candidates with engineering background should take IT as specialization and candidates with b.com should go for finance. There are no specifications like this. You can select which ever subject of your interest.
