when will start counselling for M.Tech through PGECET?

i got 16th rank in pgecet(Environmental management) can i get any seat in any university after filling up with GATE?if so let me know wat university can i get in?

i got 239 rank in pgecet biotech i belong to oc.
will i get a seat in any college .

have applied to gate but i didn't qualify in it..nd now trying to apply for pgecet..
matter is..is ap govt. surely providing fee re reimbursement or not..?
whether i have to apply or not for it..
because we cnt pay dat much mny..if they provide i surely i will aply if not no applying..and i have reservstion for bc-d.....

you can pursue m.tech from any reuted colleges like iit,nit,ju,ism,bhu depending upon your rank.fee structuctures of different colleges are different.u have to apply for different colleges according to your rank.according to your rank selectrd colleges would be available for u.from the information brochures u would find fee structures of different m.tech colleges
