I want to give exam in Customer Relation Assistants in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Please give syllebus and e books for preparing examination.

Hello,
The exam pattern for Custom Relation assistants mainly consists of,

English-:The questions in this section generally comprises of finding errors,idioms,phrases,synonyms&antonyms.Fill in the blanks too can be asked.

Maths-:Mainly consists of percentage,interest,ration,numbers,profits&loss,fa ctors.roots etc.

Reasoning-: Comprises of relationships questions,ages,paragraph based questions etc.

General Knowledge& General Awareness questions.

The preparation for this particular exam is similar to that of Bank POs /Clerks.So it will be better to follow books of R.S.Agarwal and others and also be touch with current affairs.

Paper-II Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry) 2 hours 200
Paper-III Mathematics 2 hours 200
Total 600
Part II
Personality Test carrying a maximum of 200 marks in respect of only those candidates who are declared qualified on the results of written examination.
