It totally depends on you that in which carrer you want to go.if you have taken PCB SCINCE,then you can choose your carrer as a doctor or scientist etc.if you have taken PCM SCIENCE ,then you can go for engineering ,banks,etc.if you have taken commerce in 12 ,then you can choose to do CA(chartered accountancy),ICWA,CS(company scretary) etc

There are many option after 12th standard.if you have finished your 12th standard with PCM course,if you are interest in Defense service you can join by appearing NDA exam.If you are interest in further studies,you can opte one course below mentioned courses:
Bachelor of Engineering
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Bachelor of Commerce
Bachelor of Business Administration

If you are from HEC/MEC/Art stream in 12th standard,you can opte below mentioned course for graduation.

If you are a science student, go for engineering,
if you are a commerce students, go with BA or BCOM and pursue MBA after your graduation or take up CA or CS as your career, or you can take up UPSC OR KPSC exams..

Ok,its no problem,there are so many options in front of you

However,I can not understand you are interested in Engineering or Medical or any general course like B.Sc,BCA,BBA or any other courses.

However,there are some entrance examination in various courses like:

if you are interested to the Engineering line:

2) IIT-JEE.
3) BITS Admission Test
4) All India Common Entrance Test(AICET)
5) Indian Institute of Maritime Studies Entrance Exam(IIMSEE)

8)WBJEE etc.

AIEEE Exam details :-
It is a exam which enables you to admit into the engineering colleges all over india like IIT,NIT,deemed universities, government funded institutions.
