I am migrated from South 24 Pargnas (Vill-DIHI, P.O. Nayabad, P.S. Sonarpur,) to NOIDA (U.P.) for Govt. Job purpose. I am a SC category and my SC Certificate issue from SDM Alipore. I want to my son cast Certificate from U.P. as I am settle at here. I contact at Tehasil Office at Dadri for the same. But they refused and told your Sub caste "POUNDRA" not in the list UP Caste list. You please contact your Nearest BDO or SDM office. I have no ration card or voter card at W.B.. All original documents i.e. Ration Card, Voter card etc at present NOIDA(U.P.). I also mentioned that my permanent home town at W.B as declare at my service book. How, I get my son caste certificate from W.B.

My Q is simple, having a flat more than 14year and workingout of state last 30 years but i belong fron schedule caste which was issued from barrackpo barrackpore (WB) but unfortunately when i went for my son certificate the replyed me you should have your own house instead of flat.Now pl tell me working out of the state is wrong ,having flat is wrong, if i dont have ration card is there any wrong on it .but i do have Election card,Adhar card,working in Govt of India undertaking,with office documents.
