Re: Minimum score required to pass UGC NET Exam?
hello dear
The minimum score to be attained to pass the exam is as under- For paper I: It Consist of 60 Questions. Attempt any 50 questions. If you attempt more than 50 then first 50 questions are evaluated. Every Question is of 2 marks i.e. Paper I will be of 100 marks. Minimum passing marks are 40. Important points about Paper II: It also Consist of 50 Questions. No extra choice. Every Question is of 2 marks i.e. Paper II will be also of 100 marks. Minimum passing marks are 40. The minimum passing marks in Paper I and Paper II are 40% but you have to get 50% overall marks. i.e. if you score 40 marks in one paper then you must score 60 marks in second paper, so that your total will be become 100 marks which is the minimum qualifying marks in paper I and paper II. If you got above said minimum marks in combination of paper I and paper II, then only your 3rd paper will evaluated. good luck thank you |
