This depends on the airlines but the average height of a woman in India is exactly 5 feet. You have to be minimum 164 cms . And be able to reach 212 cms on your tip toes .
The height requirements for a female flight attendant will vary from airline to airline, the most common range for a female flight attendant in India is about 4′10″ to about 6′3″.

Although a lot of airlines conduct reach tests.
They require you to reach upto a certain height with your arms extended, while on tip toes. With the average reach airlines require being between 208 cm and 214 cm, it’s unlikely you can make it if your height is any less that 1.59m.

Air Hostess is one of the popular career choice among girls and the job requirement is such that a candidate has to reach the height of the cabin in order to settle the luggage and thus there is always a minimum height criteria while recruitment is done for Air Hostesses in Airlines.

Minimum Height required is 5.4 to 5.5

The other important Eligibility criteria is -

1. Minimum 12th class pass with no subject bar
2. Excellent communication skill
3. Helping and Serving nature
4. Height 5.4 to 5.5
5. Fair complexion
6. Willing to work in odd timings
