im bcom gratuate should i register for cpt or ipcc level ...is der any change in rule dat degree holders need to write cpt also

You have need not to give cpt even if you have coplete your graduation with commerce with 50% marks for any stream it is 55%. So that you can direct enter into ca ipcc

Make yopur basics clear first. CA exam is not a joke where you are searching for cast criterion to get through. If you don't know the subjects well, you can not clear the exam. Rather than concentrating of exception in reservation system....better to study hard so clearing exam with good grades will only thing on your mind and not being SC or ST. Let reservation be reached to those who can not afford education.No offense though to all.
